The phone rings, shows the incoming number, and I slide to answer and it Okay, I solved my own issue, but I'm leaving this solution up in case it. If Verizon thinks the call is not answered why doesn't Verizon send the call 

I helped my dad with his phone and he has a nokia 6102i and he was not able to receive calls for like 3 days until now and what we did was you had to do the following.
